This stream allows skilled workers nominated by an employer to live and work in Australia permanently.

Requirements
- Must be nominated by an Australian employer
- Be nominated for an occupation on the Core Skills Occupation List
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience (unless exempt)
- Positive skills assessment (unless exempt)
- Must be under 45 years of age (exemptions available for university academics, scientists, and researchers)
- Must have Competent English
- Must meet health, character requirements by all applicants .
This stream is for skilled workers already working in Australia for their employer.
Requirements
Must hold a Subclass 457, TSS, or a related Bridging Visa A, B, or C
Requires at least two years of full-time work with the employer during the three-year period before application
Must be nominated by the employer
Must have Competent English

This stream is for skilled workers nominated under an approved Labour Agreement.
Requirements
Employer must have a valid Labour Agreement
You must currently work, or will work, for the employer under the agreement
- Must meet the age, skill,work experience and English requirements specified in the Labour Agreement
